KJ's Progression Limiter is a Fabric management mod that locks vanilla and modded tools behind commands, for use with progression systems.
What it does
The mod lets a server lock and release tools with commands, covering both vanilla and modded tools. It is built to work with Puffish's Skill Tree mods, which provide the progression that decides when a tool is available. Client and server both need the mod, and it is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, so the source code is open source. Builds cover 1.21.1 – 1.21.6, with 1.1.3 for 1.21.6 as the latest file.
