Immersive Portals Continued lets players see through portals and walk through them without a loading screen, and it is open source under the Apache License 2.0.

What it does

Portals in the mod fold space, so a portal can lead into a non-Euclidean layout with rotation and scale transformations. Dimension stacking, world wrapping, scale box wrapping and mirrors are part of the same system, and portals can be customized through commands or a datapack. Client and server both run it, so the server and every player need the mod.
