HotbarPriorityChanger lets players set which hotbar slots take priority, so the slot a player uses most can be the one that matters.
What it does
The mod changes the priority order of the hotbar slots, which determines how items are used in combat. The idea follows an explanation of how hotbar order affects gameplay in a video by Marlowww. Players can rearrange priority without reordering the entire hotbar, which keeps the layout familiar while changing what comes first. Settings are configured through Mod Menu, where the upper slot can be given a larger priority. ScreenAPI is required alongside Mod Menu. The mod runs on the client only, so servers do not need it, and it is released under the MIT License as open source for 26.3 with the latest alpha file for 26.2.
