Golden Goodies

by Psikloan

Golden Goodies adds golden versions of several vanilla crops and berries, so players can craft and grow them on Fabric servers and clients alike.

FabricClient and serverMIT LicenseOpen source1.20.1 – 1.20.6

What it does

The mod is a small Fabric addition that gives vanilla crops gilded counterparts. Five variants are introduced, each following the crop it is modeled on, and every one is craftable and placeable in a world once the mod is in place. Both the server and every player need it, because the new items and blocks have to be known on both sides of a connection.

Installation needs only Fabric Loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 – 1.20.6, with the Fabric API expected to be present as the base for the mod. The license is MIT and the source code is public, and the issue tracker is linked from the project page. Files cover six release versions, and the latest build, 1.0+1.20.5, targets 1.20.6 and dates from 2024-05-18.

Golden Goodies was first published on 2024-05-05 and last updated on 2024-05-18, so the catalog treats it as a recent and compact addition. It is open source under the MIT License, and the code can be read and forked by anyone who wants to adapt the crops for another setup.
