ExtremeView
by paulevs
ExtremeView raises the maximum view distance in Minecraft Beta 1.7.3, with a configurable render distance for players who want to see farther.
What it does
Beta 1.7.3 caps how far terrain is drawn. ExtremeView lifts that cap so the render distance can be set well beyond the vanilla limit, with a minimum of 8 blocks in radius and a maximum near 1000 blocks. The default distance buttons on the video settings screen are replaced by a slider that covers this range. The mod is built for Fabric and Babric on Minecraft b1.7.3 only. It is client-side only, so the server does not need it and joining a server works without installing anything. Files were first published on 2024-03-08 and last updated on 2024-03-12, and the code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only.
