Experimental Elytra Nerf

Firework rockets boost an elytra glider about a sixth more slowly than in vanilla. Elytras lose durability only when a rocket is used, and each rocket subtracts a set number of durability points, three by default. Gliding without rockets no longer wears the elytra down over time.

Both values are set in the mod's config: elytraFireworkDurability controls the points subtracted per rocket, and elytraGlideDurabilityRate sets how many seconds of gliding lower durability by one, defaulting to zero. Fabric API is required. The server and every player need the mod installed. The code is under CC0 1.0 Universal and is open source, with source code and an issue tracker linked from the project.
