Ender Relay
Ender Relay adds a teleport block to the End dimension that uses a lodestone-style warp system, so players can set and return to fixed points in the End.
What it does
Ender Relay adds a new teleport block that works in the End dimension, where the vanilla game offers few ways to move between points. A relay block is placed and then linked, letting a player travel between relays without walking the full distance across the End's islands.
The mod runs on the Fabric loader for Minecraft 1.20.1 only, and its file is 1.0 for 1.20.1, published on 2024-01-19. Client and server both need the mod, so each player and the server need it installed to use the relay block together. The code is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and is open source, with the source code publicly available.
Key features
End dimension teleport block
A block that teleports players between linked points within the End dimension.
Lodestone-style warp system
Relays use a warp system modeled on lodestones, so a linked point can be returned to later.
New block texture
The relay block has its own texture that sets it apart from the surrounding End blocks.

Use cases
Crossing the End
Players who explore the End can set relays on islands they return to, avoiding long walks across the void between them.
Multiplayer End trips
On a server, players can share relay locations in the End, provided every participant has the mod installed.
Who it’s for: Players who spend time in the End dimension and want a fixed travel point there, and server owners who want the relay on a Fabric server for 1.20.1.
How it compares
End Improvements(With end relay) covers Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, targets 1.20.4 and is server required with the client optional under the MIT License, so it is not open source. Command Relay uses Fabric and Forge for 1.19.4 – 1.20.1, is server-side only and is under All rights reserved. Crystalline Ender Eye is Fabric-only for 1.20.1, runs on client and server and is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, the same license as Ender Relay.
