Emergency Teleport
by nogeviw363
Emergency Teleport lets a player use an Ender Pearl to teleport out of danger, after holding the pearl and pressing ALT with right click.
What it does
The mod is a lightweight Fabric addition that adds an emergency teleport mechanic built on Ender Pearls. A player holds an Ender Pearl in the main hand, presses ALT and right click, and confirms the action in a pop-up screen. The confirmation step exists so that an accidental press does not send the player somewhere unplanned.
Each use consumes one Ender Pearl and starts a 30-second cooldown before the next emergency teleport. The mechanic works in the Overworld, the Nether and the End. A separate option lets a teleport set the respawn point, so a player who escapes can come back to the place of the jump.
The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source, with its source code and issue tracker public. It is published for Fabric only, for 1.21.1, and runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. It needs no other mod, since no required dependencies are listed.
Key features
Ender Pearl teleport
Holding an Ender Pearl and pressing ALT with right click teleports the player in the direction chosen by the pearl.
Confirmation screen
A pop-up asks the player to confirm before the teleport happens, which prevents accidental jumps.
Pearl cost and cooldown
Each teleport uses one Ender Pearl and then waits 30 seconds before it can be used again.
Respawn point option
The teleport can also set the respawn point, so the player returns to the spot where the escape began.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players who want a quick escape option built on an item they already carry, and server owners who want the mechanic available to everyone on the server.
How it compares
Pearl Dispenser is open source under the Apache License 2.0 and is a server-side mod for Fabric, with a file for 1.21.11, so it targets a different version and a different side. Ender Pearl AD is also open source under the MIT License, but it is server-side only for 1.18 – 1.20.1 and does not cover the same version. No Ender Pearl Damage is a client-side only Fabric mod for 1.21.5 under a non-commercial Creative Commons license, so its environment and license differ from Emergency Teleport.
