Custom Disenchanter

by OSAMA1

Custom Disenchanter adds a Disenchanter Block that removes chosen enchantments from items, a function the vanilla Grindstone does not offer.

FabricForgeNeoForgeQuiltClient and serverAll rights reserved1.16.5 – 26.3

What it does

A player crafts the Disenchanter Block, places it in the world and right-clicks it to open an interface. Enchanted items placed in the interface can have specific enchantments extracted while the others stay on the item. The mod is aimed at players who want precise control over enchantment management rather than stripping every enchantment at once.

The mod is developed by OSAMA1 and runs on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Files cover 19 release versions 1.16.5 – 26.3, and the mod is licensed under All rights reserved, so it is not open source. Snapshot builds are not mentioned in the author text.

Key features

  1. Selective enchantment removal

Specific enchantments can be removed from an item while the remaining enchantments are kept unchanged.

  2. Enchanted item management

A graphical interface lists the enchanted items placed in it and lets players manage them step by step.

  3. Custom creative tab

A dedicated creative tab groups the disenchanter-related blocks and items for quick access.

  4. Inventory and hopper support

Stored items keep their data across saves, and hoppers can feed the disenchanter block.
