Creativerse

Creativerse works as a data pack that generates a secondary overworld next to the survival world on the same server. Players can use that dimension to prebuild structures, test redstone machines and try out block palettes and gradients, while the survival world stays unchanged. Each player keeps separate inventories for the two worlds, so creative items never carry over into survival.

The mod was built with the intention of letting creative-mode friends and survival-mode companions share one server without interfering with each other's playstyle. Because the data pack is exported from the mod, the content works without a loader and is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with builds covering 1.19 – 1.21.11. The server is the component that must run it, while players may add the mod on the client for optional features.

Creativerse uses experimental features, and Minecraft warns when loading a world that uses potentially unsafe features. The data pack has been tested by only a handful of people, so bugs may occur. The secondary dimension is limited to the overworld for now, with plans to add the nether and end later. Back up the world before use and avoid combining it with mods that change inventory by adding new slots.
