Crash Guard: Client Recovery
Crash Guard: Client Recovery returns a client to the main menu after supported client-side crashes, instead of closing Minecraft outright.
What it does
When a supported client-side crash occurs, the mod brings the game back to the main menu rather than closing it, so a session can continue without a full restart. It targets large modpacks, where troubleshooting a crash can otherwise take a long time. Nothing is removed automatically. When several recoveries fire within a short span, the mod switches to safe mode and halts any further recovery attempts. Client and server both run it, and it is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, so the code is open source.
