Combat Man adds one hostile mob that fights players and villagers the way players fight each other in PvP.
What it does
The mob spawns at night in large groups, and each member is equipped with a random selection of PvP-style gear. Its targets include players and villagers, so a night in a village can turn into a multi-sided brawl.
Combat Man drinks potions, throws ender pearls and places water buckets to clutch falls, which lets it imitate player combat tactics. It also panics and runs away when an opponent is much stronger than it, instead of fighting to the end.
The mod is built for Forge on Minecraft 1.20.1 only. It runs on the client and the server, so both the server and every player need it. Files are released under All rights reserved, so the mod is not open source.
