Cobblemon Mount Slot
With Cobblemon Mount Slot, players set a Pokémon aside as a rideable mount using a Mount Whistle item, which keeps the mount out of the six party slots.
What it does
The mod adds a dedicated mount slot for Cobblemon. A Pokémon in that slot is called with a Mount Whistle item, which is a new craftable item in the mod. Once summoned, the mount can be selected from a menu opened by sneaking and right-clicking. Plain right-click mounts or dismounts the Pokémon. Mounts can be called even when they are stored in the PC, so they do not need to sit in the party.
Mount choices can be favorited and the mount selection menu has an advanced search bar. It filters by Pokémon name, box name, number and shiny status, and sorts with an order button by A-Z, Dex ID or stats. Riding can be blocked or enabled with commands, the HUD can be resized and repositioned, and a config file controls the whistle recipe, whether riding is allowed, and related options.
The mod runs on Fabric for 1.21.1 and is distributed as a single 1.1.0 file dated 2026-06-29. Both the server and every player need it. It is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license and is not open source. The mod is also meant to work with CobbleMounts and other conditional riding mods.
