CityUtils
by Aznos
CityUtils lets builders lay out customizable roads with new road types, markings and road signs on Fabric for 1.21.1 – 1.21.4.
What it does
Roads in CityUtils turn to line up with the signs placed beside them, so a junction can be assembled from pieces that already face the right way.
Road markings follow the patterns found on real streets: solid yellow lines, dashed lines and diagonal lines can all be placed on the surface. Both roads and sidewalks are added, and sidewalks give Speed II to anyone walking on them, making a walk through town faster than on bare ground. A speed limit sign can be changed by right clicking it and adjusting the value through a user interface.
The mod is a Fabric mod with files for 1.21.1, 1.21.2, 1.21.3 and 1.21.4, and the latest file is 0.0.4 for 1.21.4. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. The code is all rights reserved and is not open source. Players are advised to gather enough items before learning the crafting recipes, since many pieces are needed for a full street.
