Cell (Vanilla+)

The mod changes several vanilla recipes and adds new items on top of them. Some recipes now use mossy cobblestone in place of cobblestone, dirt and mycelium can be made from combinations of saplings, bone meal and mushrooms, and tridents, saddles, elytra and name tags gain alternative ingredients. Sapling types can be converted into one another in a fixed chain, from spruce through to cherry.

A larger part of the mod is a progression route. The player grinds a dragon egg, crafts a talisman from a totem of undying and antimatter, and travels to a void dimension where antimatter can be harvested. Antimatter feeds an antimatter converter that duplicates items, and an alchemy stone uses a long list of crafting materials. The mod also adds five tomes, each giving a timed effect such as healing, arrows, experience or a potion effect, and an achievement for each one.

Cell runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. It is published for Fabric and Forge, with files for 1.19.2, 1.19.4 and 1.20.1, and is released under the MIT License, which means the mod is not open source. The latest file is version 2.1 for 1.20.1, dated 2024-01-05.
