Calamity Biomes
With MC Calamity installed, Calamity Biomes adds world-generation biomes such as a Sunken Sea and an Underground Desert to Minecraft worlds.
What it does
The mod generates new biomes in the overworld, including the Sunken Sea and the Underground Desert, and it is meant to run alongside the biome add-on MC Calamity, which is required. The server must run it, while players may leave it out. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across five release versions, 1.21 – 1.21.4, and the code is not open source; the author keeps all rights reserved.
Key features
Sunken Sea biome
Adds a submerged sea biome to world generation, so new terrain appears in newly generated chunks.
Underground Desert biome
Places a desert below ground, giving caves and underground areas a distinct sandy landscape.
Biome separation from MC Calamity
Biomes are kept apart from the MC Calamity pack, so players can see which content comes from each mod.

What the author says
Biomes aren't able to be removed from your world so we've separated the biomes from the Calamity MC pack so that you're not forced to deal with that
