Bouncing Balls API
by Rexbas
Bouncing Balls API is a library for Forge and NeoForge that other mods use to build bouncing balls and the objects that made from them.
What it does
The library holds the bouncing ball logic that other mods call, so an add-on does not need to reimplement the physics or the item behavior. Two catalog mods, Teletubbies and Bouncing Balls, depend on it and cannot run without it. Installed alone it does nothing visible to a player.
It runs on client and server, so both sides need it when a dependent mod is present. Source code and the issue tracker are public, and the code is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, so the project is open source. Builds cover 1.16.1 – 1.20.4 on Forge and NeoForge.
Key features
Shared ball logic
Bouncing ball behavior lives in the library, so dependent mods reuse one implementation.
Materials for other mods
Materials can be created in other mods and made into bouncing balls through the API.
Teletubbies support
The Teletubbies Mod uses the library to add its bouncing ball content.

What the author says
This mod alone does nothing. This mod will handle Bouncing Balls logic in other mods and allows to simply make Bouncing Balls made of materials created by other mods.
