Automatic Elytra

Automatic Elytra lets a player switch between a chestplate and an elytra and start gliding without manual steps, for Fabric on Minecraft 1.20.1 – 1.21.4.
What it does
The mod is a client-side only addition that equips and unequips the elytra in place of the chestplate, and can start gliding and add a double jump. Only the player's client needs it, so servers run without it. The author notes that some servers treat the mod as a cheat, and that use is at the player's own risk.
It is a fork of an implementation whose original has not received updates for several years. The author does not backport changes and only publishes updates for new Minecraft versions and minor fixes. Files cover 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6 and 1.21.4, and the latest file is 1.5.0 for 1.21.4.
