With Atum installed, a player who presses the golden boots icon on the title screen enters a mode that resets the world again and again, each time with a new seed.
What it does
In resetting mode, leaving the world by saving and quitting or using the fast reset button generates a fresh world. An empty seed field makes the mod pick random seeds for every reset. Atum also adds a hotkey, F6 by default, that triggers a reset as soon as possible, even outside a world and during chunk generation. The mode is exited with a button at the lower left of the options screen.
The mod is written for speedrunning and its category extensions. It replaces Duncan's autoresetter jar, and existing attempts and difficulty files carry over. Closet Witch's Fast Reset and World Preview are both compatible and make resets through the hotkey faster. Atum is a client-side mod, so only the player's game needs it. Files are published for Fabric, with builds across 14 game versions 1.7.10 – 1.19.2, and the mod is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
