anyfps
by Shringe
anyfps lifts the frame rate cap of Minecraft's options screen, so the FPS slider can go past 250 and be set to an exact value.
What it does
Vanilla limits the FPS slider to a range that tops out near 250 and, in practice, caps rendering at roughly 96% of the chosen value. anyfps is a client-side Fabric mod that gives players full control over the slider, including its minimum and maximum range and interval snapping points. Settings can be changed through ModMenu. The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source, with its source code and issue tracker public. Files target 1.20.1 – 1.21.3 across ten release versions, and the latest Fabric file, 2.1.0, is built for 1.21.3.

What the author says
Every feature above is configurable with the ModMenu mod. Eventually, I plan to fix some of the Vanilla bugs with how the FPS is actually limited, primarily the bug where the FPS is always capped at roughly ~96% of the value it's set to.
