Create Aeronautics Toolgun: AaA's Flowting

Flowting is an enchantment for the Toolgun, applied to a Magnetic Gun. When engaged, the gun keeps a sub-level physical structure hovering where the player released it instead of letting it drop. The enchantment keeps running while the gun is put away or the hotbar slot changes, and it only ends when the player holds the gun again and presses left-click to release it, or when the gun's durability reaches the floor.

Each level changes the behavior. A level 1 structure stays airborne and descends slowly, a level 2 structure descends more gently so it stays up longer, and a level 3 structure hovers with almost no downward drift. Flowting drains durability from the gun while it is active, and the drain speed depends on the level: slowest at level 1, medium at level 2 and fastest at level 3. The mod is published for NeoForge on Minecraft 1.21.1. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too.
