Warfare Wings adds 23 World War II fighter and bomber aircraft to Immersive Aircraft, with three paint schemes for each model.
What it does
Immersive Aircraft must be installed for Warfare Wings to load, and the add-on is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 1.20.1, 1.21 and 1.21.1. Both the server and every player need the mod, because the aircraft are spawned and flown on both sides. The code is not open source; the author keeps all rights reserved.
The aircraft come from the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, Japan and Germany. American models include the Hellcat, Warhawk, Thunderbolt, Mustang, Corsair, Dauntless, B-17 and B-29. Other nations are represented by the Zero, Ki-61 Hien, Ki-84 Hayate, D4Y Suisei, G4M, G10N Fugaku, Bf 109, Fw 190 Würger, Ju 87 Stuka, He 111, IL-2 Sturmovik and Supermarine Spitfire.
Some paint schemes follow the historical record, while others are not documented. The author states that updates are infrequent and that further aircraft are planned, with no release dates given.
