Valkyrien Space War

Ships in the mod are built from blocks and controlled through a Flight Control Computer, an interface for adjusting handling parameters so players can fine-tune how a ship behaves. Ship-borne weapon platforms range from single-block mounts up to large assemblies, and their targeting follows a projectile model. A touchscreen serves as a status display, a map viewer or a control panel for onboard systems.

The project's stated long-term aim is a fuller space simulation: travel between planets, moons and asteroid belts, interstellar trade between stations and colonies, and industry built on GregTech chemical and power systems. Those space and planetary systems have not yet been started, and missiles and energy shields are still under construction. Valkyrien Skies is required and must be installed alongside the mod.

The mod is for Forge 1.20.1 only, where the latest file is 0.6.18, released 2025-11-03 on the beta channel. It runs on the client and the server, so both sides need it, and it is released under All rights reserved, so the code is not open source.
