Sodium LOD Fixer removes a bottleneck in Sodium's OcclusionCuller for players who run a LOD mod alongside Sodium.

What it does

Distant Horizons, Voxy, Nvidium and Bobby render level-of-detail terrain through Sodium, and with one of them active Sodium's single-threaded OcclusionCuller loop can be overloaded, causing large frame rate drops and frame hitching. This fixer patches that bottleneck so the LOD mod's terrain renders without the stutter. It is a client-side mod for Fabric, built for game version 1.21.11 only, with the latest file 1.0.2 dated 2026-04-27. Only the client needs it, and the mod is released under the MIT License and is open source.
