Simple Aether Cloud
by OLC
Simple Aether Cloud adds five colored cloud blocks, yellow, blue, red, green and black, that let entities be launched in a set direction.
What it does
Each cloud block can be placed and broken like a normal block. Standing on one stops fall damage, and the block cannot be passed through from below. Entities that touch a cloud are launched in the direction the block sets, and holding sneak prevents the launch so the entity sinks slowly instead. Some cloud variants deal damage to entities, and further variant behaviour can be found in game.
The mod is an original simplified take on the cloud platforms of the Aether mod, with its own set of added features. It is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, is open source, and its source code and issue tracker are public. It is published for NeoForge across six release versions, 1.21 – 1.21.5, and the latest file is 1.0.6 for 1.21.5. Both the server and every player need it, because the environment is client and server.
