Save Loot Tables
by noobanidus
Save Loot Tables is a server-side fix that keeps loot table entries Vanilla Minecraft would otherwise discard as invalid.
What it does
Vanilla Minecraft drops loot table entries it considers invalid when the world loads. Save Loot Tables stops that discarding, so entries that are not valid in vanilla stay in place. Only the server needs the mod, and players join without installing anything. Fabric API is required on Fabric. Builds are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1, under the MIT License, and the code is open source.
Key features
Keeps invalid entries
Loot table entries that vanilla would discard on load are kept in the data instead of being removed.
Preserves loot data
The stored loot tables keep every entry the server loaded, so custom content that vanilla rejects stays available.
Prevents silent removal
Entries are no longer dropped without notice when the world loads, so the loot configuration matches what was written.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
