Refresharoo

by Evil

Refresharoo lets a player reload client-side mods with a single key press, without restarting the game.

FabricClient-side onlyMIT License1.18 – 1.21.7

What it does

Pressing one key triggers a reload of mods that run on the client, so changes made to their settings or resources can take effect right away. The reload covers client-side mods only, and the Minecraft game itself is not reloaded. Only the client needs the mod, so servers run without it. Fabric API is required, and Refresharoo is published for Fabric across 23 release versions, 1.18 – 1.21.7, under the MIT License, and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Single-key reload

One key press starts a reload of the client-side mods, without restarting Minecraft.

  2. Client-side scope

Only mods that run on the client are reloaded, while the game itself keeps running.

  3. Untested behavior

The author has not tested the reload with many mods, so results may vary from mod to mod.

What the author says

But if you’re daring enough to try, it’s perfect for modders and players who love tweaking without restarting the whole game. Press Insert, refresh, and…
