No Singleplayer Pausing
With No Singleplayer Pausing, opening the single-player pause menu leaves the world ticking, so nothing freezes while the menu stays up.
What it does
Opening the pause menu in a single-player world normally freezes time and entities. With this client mod installed, the game keeps running behind the menu, and the world does not wait for the player to return. The mod is available for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 15 release versions, 1.20.1 – 1.21.8, and is released under the MIT License.

What the author says
This mod has a singular purpose, which is to prevent the single-player pause menu from pausing the game. When the game is paused in single player, the game will continue to run as if it weren't paused.
