Larion: Disc World, from Badgerson, limits a Larion world to a single large continent inside a circle of configurable radius, and it is set up through a Larion World Generation add-on.

What it does

Larion World Generation limits land generation to a circle. Within that circle, the landmass shapes vary between seeds, and the temperature bands are rearranged to fit, with frozen biomes to the north and hot biomes to the south. Only two files of the Larion generator are changed, and the continent's temperature sine wave is made slightly smaller and capped so it does not repeat.

The mod is a Fabric mod and is also available as a data pack for the same game versions. The data pack version works on server platforms that load data packs. It has to be loaded after Larion, and Larion World Generation is required. The Fabric version is loaded through the Fabric mod system, and the data pack version can also be installed by hand.

The server must run the mod, while players may add it to their clients for their own side. Files exist for 1.19 – 1.21.4 and are released under the Apache License 2.0, so the code is open source. The latest Fabric file is 1.7.0+mod for 1.21.4, published on 2025-01-13.
