What it does

Integrated Lucky Blocks is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that adds lucky blocks, a classic style of block whose break drops a random result. Vanilla outcomes include items, structures, mobs and other events, and the total exceeds 300 once the mod integrations are counted. Drops can be generous or harmful, so the mod is rather destructive and players should be careful where they open a block.

Built-in integrations cover a long list of other mods across creatures, terrain, machinery and magic, and they only add outcomes when the corresponding mods are installed. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Files are published for Forge only, and the latest file is 1.1.5 for 1.20.1, released 2026-05-18.

Key features

  1. Over 100 vanilla outcomes

Each lucky block picks one result from more than 100 vanilla outcomes, covering items, structures, mobs and other events.

  2. Mod integrations

Built-in integrations add outcomes tied to supported mods, so the drop pool grows when those mods are present.

  3. Destructive results

Some outcomes damage the surroundings, which makes it sensible to open a block in an open area.

  4. Classic lucky block design

The block follows the classic lucky block genre, where each break gives an unpredictable surprise.

Questions

Does Integrated Lucky Blocks need to be installed on both sides?

Yes. The mod is client and server, so the server and every player need it to use the lucky blocks.

Which mods must be installed for the integrations to work?

The integrations add outcomes only when the related mods are present, so the integrated mods must be installed alongside it.

Is Integrated Lucky Blocks available for versions other than 1.20.1?

No. The only Forge file is 1.1.5 for 1.20.1, so other game versions are not covered.
