Grappling Hook Mod
Grappling Hook Mod gives players a hook that fires a line to a point they target and pulls them toward it.
What it does
The hook is used with the hand: a right click throws it. It reaches up to 100 blocks with normal settings and has a 0.5 second cooldown. Players can get it with the crafting recipe, which uses a string and iron, or from the creative inventory, and a command can give it directly.
A gamerule lets server owners change the hook's settings. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Builds are published for Fabric only, across 10 release versions covering 1.21 – 1.21.9.

Right-click hook
A right click with the hand throws the grappling hook toward the target block, pulling the player along the line.
Reach and cooldown
With normal settings the hook reaches 100 blocks and can be used again after a 0.5 second cooldown.
Crafting and commands
The hook is crafted from a string and iron, and a command can give it to a player without crafting.
Editable settings
A gamerule lets server owners adjust how the grappling hook behaves.
