Create: Extended Flywheels is a Forge addon for Create that adds flywheel variants in new materials and colours, so trains can be fitted with different bogey flywheels.

What it does

The addon adds several new flywheel blocks to Create. Iron flywheels are crafted the same way as Create's default flywheels and look similar, while brass flywheels can be made either from the default flywheel in a one-to-one exchange or from the mod's own recipe. Bogeys can be fitted with a wider variety of colours and larger flywheels, which lets train builders match trains to their own designs.

The mod is a client and server mod built on Create, so Create must be installed alongside it and both the server and each player need the addon. Iron flywheels can be blasted into steel, and existing worlds keep working when the mod is added, though the author advises backing up worlds before updating the mod. Files are published for Forge on 1.18.2 and 1.19.2, and the latest Forge build is 1.2.2-1.19.2-0.5.f for 1.19.2, released on 2022-09-29.
