Boats Is Jumping? lets a boat hop over obstacles up to 2 blocks high while a player is riding it, instead of stopping against them.
What it does

The mod changes that for the boat only: a rider can jump the boat up to 2 blocks high, so it can clear a low ledge, a shoreline step or a short obstacle without getting stuck. The jump is the only change; the boat's other behavior stays as it is.
