BedWars Level Head

BedWars Level Head shows each player's BedWars level above their head in Forge lobbies and pre-game areas for Minecraft 1.8.9.
What it does
Players see the BedWars level of every nearby player above the nametag, taken from the Hypixel network. The display is limited to the level, which keeps the mod lighter than the classic Levelhead mod it was rebuilt from, and it runs only on the client, so players join servers without installing anything on the server side. Fetched data is cached so the mod does not repeat requests to the API and stay within rate limits.
Out of the box the mod fetches data through a proxy backend hosted by its author, so no personal key is needed. Alternatively, a player can supply their own Hypixel API key or turn the proxy off. Nicked players are detected when the proxy service can identify them. The mod is published for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.8.9, and the source code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Essential Mod is a required dependency and must be installed alongside it.

Level above the head
The BedWars level appears above each player's nametag in lobbies, pre-game waiting areas and other places where players gather.
Cached lookups
Fetched data is stored for a set time, which cuts down repeated lookups against the API.
Nick detection
Players who hide their name behind a nick can be identified when the proxy service recognizes them.
Header colors and offsets
The header text can use custom colors, including a chroma or rainbow effect, and its vertical position can be shifted.
In-game commands
Levelhead display commands change the visuals in game, so the display does not have to be edited by hand in JSON files.
