AeroEngine

by w843373525

Pilots and builders who want flight on Create contraptions can use AeroEngine, a NeoForge 1.21.1 add-on that adds modular aero engines and a Pilot Helmet HUD.

What it does

Engines are assembled as multiblocks in the Create style. Each engine burns Aviation Kerosene, which arrives by pipe from the Create fluid network, and its power and afterburner can be switched by redstone. Basic, afterburning and vectoring turbofan engines are included, and a casing can enclose the core.

The Pilot Helmet is a wearable HUD that shows flight data in real time, with coordinate navigation and waypoints. The mod links engine output to physics systems such as Aeronautics and Sable. Ponder tutorials walk through core assembly, fuel input, redstone control and turbofan structures.

AeroEngine is a NeoForge add-on for Minecraft 1.21.1 and requires Create. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. JEI is optional: with JEI installed, recipe and usage displays are enabled, and without it the mod still loads. The project is in early development, and blocks, recipes and mechanics may change. The mod is licensed as All rights reserved and is not open source.
