Villager Trade Editor

by SebaSphere

Villager Trade Editor lets server staff change the trades villagers offer, through a graphical interface or a set of commands.

FabricServer-side onlyMIT License1.19.2 – 1.20.1

What it does

Trade data for villagers can be edited on the server through a GUI. Staff select a villager first, then open the editing screen or run commands against it. The command set covers many actions, and running the help command lists every available action with details. Changes apply to the villager's offers, so the trade list can be adjusted to suit a particular world or server economy.

The mod works only on the server, so players join without installing anything. Because the command system covers many editing actions, it suits server owners who want to tune villager trades without editing data files by hand. Using the mod requires LuckPerms with permissions set up, since access to the editing actions is controlled by permission nodes.

Villager Trade Editor is published for Fabric only, in two game versions, 1.19.2 and 1.20.1, and is released under the MIT License. The code is not open source, though the license is permissive. The latest Fabric file is 1.0.2 for 1.20.1, dated 2025-05-07, and the mod was first published on 2024-05-15.
