Syren's Wail is a Fabric weapon mod for Minecraft 1.21.11, with a sonic weapon that has two abilities and an echo shard repair.
What it does
The weapon has two abilities. Right clicking fires a super sonic blast, and shift right clicking reveals the entities around the player. Echo shards repair the weapon and reload its shots. The mod is developed by EthRocky and its model was made by Sneak, and its blueprint project is included in the mod files. It needs both the client and the server, so the server and every player run it. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.11, and the code is under the MIT License, which is not open source.

Sonic blast
Right clicking the weapon sends a super sonic blast in front of the player.
Entity reveal
Shift right clicking shows the entities around the player for a short time.
Echo shard repair
Echo shards repair the weapon and reload its shots when it runs low.
