Simply Starminer is a Quilt mod that adds a resource-gathering system built around Hearts, Veins and Nuclei, and it is a rebuilt version of an older mod of the same name.

What it does

Hearts are the central block of the mod. Each one spreads Veins into the area around it, and the spread repeats so that new veins appear around existing ones over a larger radius. Flesh and Gelatin are further resources that come from this system, and Creative Nuclei are provided as a source for testing and building.

Gravity Plates and Gravity Anchors handle movement and placement, letting a player hold or pull blocks within a set area. The mod is a modernized rewrite of the earlier mod, built from the ground up rather than ported line by line. Its files cover 1.18.2 – 1.20.1, with 0.1.21 for 1.20.1 as the latest build, released under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 with its source code public.

Simply Starminer needs Quilt Loader and runs on both client and server, so the server and every player need it. The source code is published, which makes the mod open source.
