Revivium
by kiwiKcz
Revivium lets friends bring a player back from death during a short timer, instead of the death ending the run.
What it does
When a player dies, the body collapses to the ground and stays there for 5 minutes. During that time, friends can revive the player. If no one does, the player truly dies and loses their inventory and experience. The mod is server required, and players may add it on the client, but only the server needs it to run the revive system. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, for game versions 1.21.9 – 26.1, and it is not open source, released under All rights reserved.
Key features
Revive timer
A fallen player has a set window to be revived by friends before the death becomes permanent.
Second chance on death
Dying does not always end the run, because a teammate can bring the player back within the timer.
Collapsed body
The body stays on the ground for 5 minutes, so the revive can happen where the player fell.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
This mod also publishes snapshot builds. Snapshots are not shown in the matrix.
Questions
Does Revivium need to be on the client?

What the author says
This datapack changes death into a second chance. When you “die,” your body collapses and stays on the ground for 5 minutes. During that time, your friends can revive you. But if no one comes… your timer runs out and you truly die, losing all your inventory and experience.
