What it does
The mod backports the spyglass from newer Minecraft versions to 1.12.2, so the item gains its modern animations, features and achievements in that version. Only the Forge 1.2 file for 1.12.2 is listed, published 2025-06-09. It is not open source and is released under All rights reserved. Client and server both need the mod, so every player on a server that runs it installs it too.
