Gourmet Boost
Gourmet Boost turns eating into an RPG progression system, where food raises attributes such as max health, attack damage and movement speed.
What it does
Food in Gourmet Boost feeds a character's stats rather than only restoring hunger. Eating raises attributes including max health, armor toughness, attack damage, attack speed and movement speed, and eight more attributes are available. Configurable caps limit how high each stat can climb, so the server owner sets the progression range.
A separate target teleport lets a player jump to the spot they are looking at with a key bound by default. Natural regeneration is tied to a percentage of max health, which speeds healing late in a run. A creative flight survival mode is also included for players who want to move freely while keeping survival rules.
The mod runs on Forge for 1.20.1 – 1.20.6 and needs both the server and every player to have it installed. Released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0 license, the mod is not open source.
Key features
Eating raises attributes
Food boosts attributes such as max health, armor toughness and movement speed instead of only filling hunger.
Eight extra attributes
Beyond the core set, eight more attributes can be raised through eating, widening the build options.
Configurable caps
Each attribute can be limited by a configurable cap, so the server owner decides how far progression goes.
Target teleport
A default key sends the player straight to the block being looked at, without a command.
Percentage health regeneration
Natural healing scales with max health, so regeneration keeps pace with growth later in the game.

Use cases
Long survival runs
Players who want food to matter beyond hunger can build stats over a long world, with healing that keeps up late in the game.
Server progression
Server owners can set caps on each attribute to shape how fast players grow in a multiplayer world.
Who it’s for: Players who want a Minecraft RPG layer built around eating, and server owners who want to tune how far attribute growth can go.
