Create: Clipboard Search is a client-side addition for NeoForge that filters and sorts the entries of Create's Clipboard, Material Checklist and Schematicannon screens.

What it does

Create: Clipboard Search adds a search field and sorting controls to Create screens that list items, so a long clipboard or checklist can be narrowed to the entries a player needs. Sorting options include alphabetical ascending, alphabetical descending and item count descending, which helps when comparing quantities for a build.

The mod changes only how the screens display their lists. Only the client needs it, so players join servers without installing anything, and servers running Create gain nothing server-side. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Builds cover 1.21 – 1.21.11 across 12 release versions for NeoForge, and the latest file, 1.0.0, targets 1.21.11.

    A search field narrows the Clipboard, Material Checklist and Schematicannon lists to entries matching the typed text.

  2. Alphabetical sorting

    Entries can be sorted in ascending or descending alphabetical order to find a block or item by name.

  3. Item count sorting

    Entries can be sorted by item count in descending order, putting the largest material requirements at the top.

  4. Clipboard resource checklist

    The mod extends the clipboard with a resource checklist for tracking the materials a Create project still needs.

This is a small client-only mod that adds the following features to the Clipboard Resource Checklist in Create 6+ The Search bar is "hidden" at the top of the clipboard for a more seamless experience. Click the bottom of the silver clip on the clipboard to reveal the text input.
