Ancient Obsidian
by sonakrie
Ancient Obsidian is a Java Agent project for the early Classic and Indev-era builds of Minecraft, named after the 2009 versions it targets.
What it does
The project is published for two early release versions, rd-132211 and rd-132328, both from the 2009 development period. Because it works as a Java Agent rather than a loader mod, the client and server each need it to run, and the BSD 2-Clause License covers its code without making it open source.
Key features
Targets rd-132211
Files are built for the rd-132211 release, one of the two early versions the project supports.
Targets rd-132328
A second build covers rd-132328, so both early releases are reachable from the same project.
Named for its era
The name refers to the 2009 versions the project is built around, which is why the title reads as it does.

No per-version build data
Modrinth lists game versions for this project (rd-132211 – rd-132328), but the source data has no build per game version and loader, so the compatibility grid is not shown.
